In District: If you live within the Pickford Public School District, you may click on the Enrollment Form and begin the process.
Out of District: If you live out of district, you must first contact the school at 906-647-6285 and request to be added to our School of Choice Waiting list. A decision of how many seats we are able to open up for our upcoming school year will happen in August, so please reach out as soon as possible.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS Please have the following information with you at the time of enrollment:
Birth Certificate (State Certified copy)
Proof of Residency consisting of documentation that shows parents/guardian name and address indicating residency within district.
Gas and/or Electric Bill
Property Tax Bill
Voter Registration Card
Rental Agreement or Rent Receipt
Please also bring as much of the following information with you when enrolling your child as you can but it is not required at the time of enrollment.
Previous School: Name, address, and phone number of former school.
Power of Attorney: If student is not living with parent, power of attorney or guardianship papers.
IEP: If special needs, a copy of the last IEP (parent should have a copy, or available from previous school).
New high school students are asked to provide a copy of transcripts or report cards from previous school.

If you would like to enroll your child in VIRTUAL EDUCATION please also complete this FORM.
Please plan on enrolling your child two to three days before they will be attending school. This will allow us time to prepare a schedule, arrange transportation, and notify teachers.
